Leati Joseph "Joe" Anoaʻi (lahir di Pensacola, Florida, Amerika Serikat, 25 Mei 1985) adalah seorang ahli pegulat dari Amerika Serikat yang kini lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Roman Reigns. Dia juga pernah bergabung bersama Seth Rollins dan Dean Ambrose dalam kelompok The Shield. Dia Meraih Tiga kali gelar juara yaitu WWE Championship. Dia juga pernah meraih WWE Tag Team Championship bersama Seth Rollins.
Dia Pernah Berkarier Sepak bola Amerika di Georgia Tech. dia pun Memulai Debutnya di National Football League (NFL) di tim Minnesota Vikings dan Jacksonville Jaguars tahun 2007. dan akhirnya hijarah ke Canadian Football League ditim Edmonton Eskimos. pada tahun 2008 ia meresmikan pensiun dari Sepak bola Amerika dan terjun Didunia gulat pada tahun 2010.
